Q: How Do I Become an Amazing Vouchers Member?
A: Give us your contact details and we will phone you to sign you up. Alternatively you can phone our call centre on 021 525 5300.

Q: What is My Membership Number?
A: When you sign up, your membership number will be sent to you via SMS. It starts with the first 3 letters of your surname e.g. SMI0038-AR003-6-2006. Your membership number and your Name/Surname will be displayed on each voucher you print our download via mobile. Partners will use this to verify the voucher if required.

Q: How Do I login to the Website?
A: Enter your membership number and password into the login boxes at the top of the Home Page and click on ''login''. When you log in for the first time, please use your member number as your password. You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Q: What is my Password?
A: You will be using your member number and password to login to the Member Zone to print your vouchers. You will create your own password when you login to the website for the first time.
Your password must be at least 5 characters long, in lower case and contain no spaces.

Q: How Do I Print a Voucher on the Website?
A: Click on the 'Add To Voucher Book' button next to the voucher that you would like to use, and it will be added to your Voucher Bag. You can also print your vouchers by clicking on the 'Print' button on the voucher.
You have the option to print vouchers, have them emailed or sent to you via SMS.

Q: Can I receive vouchers via SMS?
Yes, you can! And it doesn't matter what type of mobile phone you have either, as long as you have a working mobile number and an active Amazing Vouchers Membership! Simply dial *120*262# and follow the prompts to get the vouchers you want SMSed directly to you! You may also access vouchers that you have stored in your 'Voucher Book' from website browsing. Standard USSD rates apply.

Q: Can I Save my Vouchers if I Want to Use Them Later?
A: You can ''bookmark'' vouchers you want to print later in the month by clicking on the ''Add to Voucher Book'' button on the voucher.

Q: How do I personalise my settings??
Once you have logged in using your membership number and password follow the prompts.

Step 1:

You may choose to enter your Home, Work and Play addresses into the fields provided. These serve as additional filters to access vouchers in those areas. Click on 'Save' once completed.

Step 2:

Select which voucher categories you would like to see once you are logged in. You can choose as many or as few as you like. Click 'Save' once you are finished making your selection.

Example:

Category: Health and Beauty
Sub-category: Hair, Hair Removal, Skin

What happens now?

You will now be able to view vouchers from your selected categories in ''List View''. If you would like a particular type of voucher (Freebies, Discounts, Added Value, 2 for 1), click on the tabs on the left to make a selection.

You can also search for vouchers in the area in which you Live, Work and Play, as well as by your current Geographic Location (''Near Me'').

Does it stay this way forever?

No, you may change your settings at any point by simply clicking on the ''Change Settings'' button.

Q: How Do I Use my Vouchers?
A: Print your preferred vouchers from the list and take them together with your membership card to your appointment with the respective partner. Please phone the contact person stipulated on the voucher to make an appointment. Produce your voucher and membership card on arrival. Some partners may ask for your ID book as well.

Q: I Printed a Specific Voucher Last Month. Why is it Not Available This Month?
A: Our partners may set a frequency for the use of vouchers. Thus, some vouchers may be available only in 2 or 3-month intervals. However, there will be plenty of new vouchers every month for you to choose from.

Q: What Do I Do if I Am Not Happy with a Voucher or Partner?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department on 021 525 5300 so that we may follow up with that partner if you were not happy with the service you received.

Q: May I Suggest Partners I Would Like to be on Amazing Vouchers?
A: Of course you may! You can contact us and suggest partners in your area from whom you would like to receive freebies and we will contact them to bring them on board. The prerogative lies with the partner though, so we can't make any guarantees, but we will certainly try.

Q: I downloaded the Mobile App and it doesn't work, what do I do?
A: You need a mobile account with data (internet) access and Java installed on the phone. Most phones have this by default.

Blackberries and some other smart phones don't always come with internet access enabled by default and need to be manually activated by the user for any 3rd party apps to work.

To enable internet access on Blackberry:

Go to Settings
Select Advanced Options
Select TCP/IP
Enable VPN
VPN description: internet
Click the menu button and select save.

This will enable the application to connect to the internet.

Please contact your mobile service provider if you are not sure how to enable internet access for 3rd party applications.
