[08/08/2012]I just got back from an AMAZING VACATION with 5 of my friends. We stayed at one of the holiday destinations Palm Lakes Estate in Ballito. We arrived at the accommodation with a VERY warm welcome from Bridgette and Ursula. Amazing Vouchers were very friendly and at the same time very professional. Abigail Joon and Mariska Gerber assisted me with regards to the deposit as well as any concerns I had regarding the accommodation.
The weather was perfect every single day of the week, the accommodation was in the heart of Ballito, with access to most of what we needed and 2 minutes away from the private beach Tinley Manor, which was absolutely breath taking. I would like to thank everyone at Amazing Vacations and Amazing Vouchers for an AMAZING week and your hospitality.

I was lucky enough to be the winner of their Clifton Girls’ Getaway competition (Cosmopolitan June 2011). Not only does my prize include a 7-day holiday at a breath-taking Clifton beach bungalow, but I also get to take three of my favourite people with me. We all received a Nintendo Wii console, iPod Touch, Canon camera and Sony netbook, as well as spa treatments from the Camelot Spa Group.

I had the opportunity to holiday in Ballito Bay during 22 - 29 July 2011; and needless to say it was AMAZING!!

Ursula and Bridget were the most exuberant hosts and friendliness was not the word. The unit was exceptional and we were in the lap of luxury. We were guests during the weekend of the 10th September. We arrived at Palm Lakes Estate at about 4pm, and called Brigitte, and wow, to my delight, came this lovely bubbly young lady, who so warmly greeted me and my family, then immediately guided us through to our apartment and proceeded to guide us through the procedure.
Much to my delight, I found her to be very friendly and courteous, yet very professional at all times. She took time out to make us feel comfortable during our stay there, she even informed my nephew of the clubhouse which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Both, Ursula and Brigitte took every care of us, humanly possible. I am also in the service industry as I work for South African Airways and I know firsthand, how much of a difference it makes to our passengers to take care of them and make them feel special and welcome. To this end, we were spoilt.
I commend these two for the excellent care in which they had given and they have certainly put a very nice end to a much deserved weekend away. What a delight!!!
Brigitte, this type of service and professionalism and service levels such as yours, is what makes us the great nation that we are. It is wonderful and very reassuring to know that one still gets this type of service today.
